Montenegrin Malvasia
 Light yellow wine with greenish reflection, intense aroma, and distinctive fruity freshness. It is characteristic by its full aromas of ripe apricots, fresh pear juice, and acacia flowers. Rounded, vibrant and stable with peaches and apricots in the aftertaste. Refreshing lime aroma makes this wine attractive to everyone.

Pairing with food

It goes great  with home made cheese, smoked carp, trout and seafood. We recommend grilled bream or sea bass, octopus under the bell, St. Jacques coquilles, chicken salads, pasta with parmesan cheese and olive oil.

Technical characteristic


Due to extremely high temperatures and low precipitation during the ripening process, unusual even for Ćemovsko polje, the technological maturity of grapes was accelerated. Because of climate conditions, mild dehydration of grapes happened, especially to those with thinner epidermis. Grape dehydration came after the full phase of phenolic ripeness occurred. This led to a high concentration of the chemical composition of berries, therefore, the quality of grapes increased and we had one of the best vintages.
